Responsibilities
It consists of five <5> members of the OP. of the <department>, who have undertaken a postgraduate project, including the Scientific Manager of the MSc, and another member of the CP of relevant specialty may participate. The participation of the OP, related specialty of another section of the Technological Educational Institute in Athens, is elected following the recommendation of the Director of the Joint Undertaking, at the GSSE. The members of the SE designated by the GSAC. for a renewable term of two years. HSE is responsible for monitoring and co-ordinating the operation of the PMS. and proposes the supervisor for each postgraduate student, as well as the three-member examination committee of the diploma thesis of the postgraduate student.
 

Director of PMS

SPYRIDON NOMIKOS Associate Professor

Responsibilities
He calls the CC and chairs the meetings, while proposing to the GAEC. of the Department for any issue concerning the effective operation of the Postgraduate Program. The Director of the PMS performs the duties laid down in the Foundation's Postgraduate Studies and the present rules of procedure. The Director of the PMS is elected by GSEE. for a renewable term of two years. For the performance of his / her duties he / she may be partially exempted from his / her teaching duties, which is determined by decision of the TEI Council. In the position of the Director are elected members of E.P. of the Department of Graphic Design from the grades of Professor and Deputy Professor. In the event of failure to perform the duties of the Director of the PMM or a member of the Coordinating Committee for any reason, he is replaced by the Deputy Executive, or other equivalent member of E.P. following a decision of GSEE.


General Assembly of Special Composition (GSEE).

Responsibilities
The PMS operates under the supervision of the General Assembly of Special Composition (GSEE) of the Department of Graphic Design which consists of the Head of the Department, the members of the OP. of the GM. and two (2) representatives of the graduate students of the Department. The responsibilities of GSAC are described in article 2 par. b of law 3685/2008 (A 148).


Administrative Secretarial Support

Responsibilities
The secretarial and administrative support of PMS and the bodies which operate under it are provided by the Secretariat of the PMS. which is specifically staffed to administer this program. The administrative support of the PMS consists in the secretarial service of the institutions, the promotion of procedures for the preparation and publication of notices and the submission of applications, the collection of supporting documents and their registration after the completion of the selection procedure, the computerization of registered lists, the keeping of individual records for each registered, the issuance of certificates and attestations of any kind, the promotion of loan procedures, scholarships, student vouchers identities and other benefits provided under the applicable provisions, procedures for the award of titles, book keeping and provision of all kinds of information on the operation of the program in accordance with the regulations and in accordance with Presidential Decree 514 / 5.10.1989 (218 A).
